Lot 401 and 402 Faith Road, Davoren Park

As one of four affordable developments joint ventured with a not-for-profit social housing group for disadvantaged families, it was important to reduce the overall cost of the project. Working with James Hardie, alternative products were sourced to allow to allow the use of traditional and lightweight products, along with thermal break aluminium window frames for better energy performance. This site constituted of seven dwellings, each with three bedrooms and two garages.
